It's been awhile since I've posted. As usual I'm overwhelmed with projects. I'm making it a point to wrap up these projects... and then chill... My hon and I have planned a trip to Florida and a short cruise next January. Looking forward to seeing my BGF Vera and meeting her fiancee!

Most people know I lost my wonderful, beautiful, sweet doggie Abbey. I miss her so much. I was finally able to look at pictures of her and now can see them without crying. Mom sent me a wonderful framed picture of Abbey and I at the Santa Monica Promenade. I will attach a cute picture of Abbey and Bud (Bud passed away 2 years ago). They look so cute laying in the grass. Bud looks like he was hit by lightening. It's hard to loose your animals. The first week Abbey was gone, I went through all of the stages of grief, and repeated a couple. By the 5th day, I was so depressed. I didn't realize how much I worried about her wellbeing until she was gone. Not having her to worry about made me feel very empty. I don't know how people survive a child passing away. With being in hospice and around death and dying all of the time, I thought I was prepared to handle the death of a loved one....no way. What an eye opener.
