We're at the top of Multnomah Falls playing in the water. Maven was brave enough to get in the cold water. It was so refreshing after hiking that long way up the mountain on a very hot day! What awaited us at the bottom was ice cream. What was unfortunate is that I didn't think ahead when I got soaked, -that I would have to walk all the way back down the mountain with wet pants on. With our grumbling tummies, Randy tried to help keep my mind off of being so uncofortable by talking about yummy food that we would like to to eat after our hike. What a guy. : ) Driving back to Portland in the convertible, I decided to remove the wet pants and bundle up in Maven's blanket.
