Wine a Little, It Will Make You Feel Better

I bought a towel at a winery in Sonoma County with the above comment. Cute.


We went to Walla Walla for the weekend for some wine tasting. It was a really pretty drive and we had a good time except that I ended up drinking too much wine and by late afternoon was hugging the toilet. More impresive than the wine was the food. Yuuuummm. Good eats!

I will be sticking with Anderson/Sonoma/Napa Valley wines as they're my favorites. I thought I should branch out and I'm glad I did but they just weren't for me. We bought 4 bottles, but I think that was more to support the industry than anything. I also don't like foreign wines. That is a bummer considering I want to go to Italy soon.

I am so enamored with Sonoma Valley. I really feel that may be the place for me in the future. I've yet to visit anywhere that is more beautiful than the Northern area of California (SFO and above) with the wine fields and sloping hills as far as the eye can see. I want to go on a Hot Air Balloon ride down there before this time next year. How fun!
